We Oversaw over 150 million dollars in project management finances.
Acquire Broadview Hotel in addition to several neighborhood blocks in the surrounding Broadview and Queen area.
Buyouts – Provided current property owners a 20 to 40 percent increase on home buyouts.
Branding – Rebranded the Broadview hotel to cater to more affluent clients.
The Queen and Broadview area has now transformed Toronto East to the point of unfamiliarity. It is now a new neighborhood with the Broadview Hotel providing the pillars to a new and improved neighborhood.
Rent Increase – Rent has increased within the surrounding neighbourhood by 16% since breaking ground early Spring 2018.
Foot Traffic – The surrounding restaurants, bars and service areas have all benefitted from the uptick in foot traffic and new residents.
